Founder of Meraki Studio
Welcome to Meraki Studio! I’m Sara. A mother, a wife, a full-time employee, and someone who’s always had a deep love for handmade pieces. For as long as I can remember, I’ve searched for unique, thoughtful decor, especially around birthdays and special occasions. Most of the time, I’d end up ordering from international websites and wishing I could find something similar locally.
That’s where the idea for Meraki Studio began. I’ve always been drawn to how beautiful, handcrafted pieces can change the feeling of a space. What started as a quiet hobby quickly grew into something I couldn’t stop thinking about. With a little encouragement from my husband, I decided to create the kind of pieces I always wished existed close to home.
Meraki Studio is built around a deep appreciation for craft and intentional living. Inspired by nature, sun, sand, and sunsets. Every item is made to bring warmth, calm, and beauty into your space. The word Meraki comes from Greek, and it means to put your heart and soul into what you do. That’s exactly how I approach every piece I make.
At the core of Meraki’s values is a commitment to sustainability. I truly believe in the idea of fewer, better things. That means working with eco-friendly materials, reducing waste, and being thoughtful about everything from packaging to process. It’s my way of showing love not just to homes, but to the world we live in.
Each piece is handmade in small batches, with care and attention in every detail. No two items are exactly alike, and that’s what makes them special. My hope is that Meraki Studio can offer you something meaningful, a piece that feels personal, lasting, and made with love.
Based in Kuwait. Handmade with love.
